Refund & Return Policy

At The Aroma Noire, we are committed to delivering high-quality fragrances. Due to the nature of our products, we maintain a strict but fair return and refund policy.

Returns

We do not accept returns for opened or used products due to hygiene and safety reasons.

However, returns are accepted only if:

  • The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • You report the issue within 48 hours of delivery

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and provide the following:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the product
  • Clear photos of the outer packaging

Once verified, we will either:

  • Send a replacement product, or
  • Issue a full refund

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 5 to 7 business days through a suitable payment method such as bank transfer or mobile financial service, where applicable.

Shipping Costs

  • If the issue is caused by our error, we will cover the related shipping cost
  • Otherwise, return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer

Non-Refundable Situations

  • Change of mind
  • Dislike of fragrance preference after use or opening
  • Opened or used items
  • Incorrect order placed by the customer
